Aissa Domingo is an artist, photographer, and illustrator at the Zoology Division of the National Museum of the Philippines, known for her scientific illustrations and photographs published in various journals. She led the reconstructive painting of “Lolong,” the world’s largest captive crocodile, and initiated the Merging Art with Science program to teach natural history illustration. During the pandemic, she helped create #ColorPhFloraByNumber and #ColorPhFaunaByNumber coloring sheets to engage the public with Philippine biodiversity. Her work combines art and science, showcasing her unique skills developed through a holistic understanding of both fields. Aissa graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila.
